SPFPP Virtual Events

Workshops, Classes, and Conversations for People Navigating Stigma

Our events are designed for anyone living with stigma—whether from a herpes diagnosis or any identity-based experience that makes you feel isolated, misunderstood, or unseen.

Since 2017, Something Positive for Positive People (SPFPP) has been holding space for people to process shame, reconnect with themselves, and move from survival into resonance. Every offering here is built around presence. No pressure. No performance. Just space to exercise seeing and experiencing your own identity through presence.

All events are virtual, donation-based, and grounded in privacy and care. Show up as you are—camera on or off, talking or just listening. You’re welcome here.

What You’ll Find at SPFPP Events

Workshops on Disclosure & Stigma Navigation
Learn practical, compassionate ways to share your stigma, process identity invalidation, and communicate through discomfort. These are interactive but low-pressure spaces that meet you where you are.

Yoga Classes for Emotional Wellness
Gentle movement, breathwork, and stillness to support nervous system regulation, body trust, and emotional processing. These classes are especially helpful for those carrying the weight of stigma.

Atomic Living Workshops
Coming soon: Workshops led by SPFPP founder Courtney Brame exploring the atomic framework for healing. Using atoms as a model for living in alignment, these sessions help you reconnect to purpose and process stigma from the inside out.

Community Guest Speakers
We’ll also feature practitioners and storytellers with tools and wisdom to share—whether it’s about trauma, identity, relationships, or wellness practices that help you stay grounded and aligned.

Virtual Conferences & Pop-Ups
We’re building toward our own SPFPP-led conference—bringing community together around healing, education, and presence practice. Keep an eye out for pop-up events, too.

What You’ll Take Away

  • Tools and language for navigating tough conversations

  • Deeper body awareness and emotional clarity

  • Resonance with people who understand what you’re carrying

  • Permission to just be—all presence, no pressure

All events are donation-based and led through the lens of presence, healing, and reducing stigma—not just herpes stigma, but the deeper identity disconnection stigma can cause.
