Whether you're navigating mental health stigma, sexual identity, relationship challenges, race-based bias, being a man, or the emotional exhaustion of feeling like you don’t belong—this space is for you.
These support calls aren’t about advice or fixing. There are plenty of places and people who charge good money for that. Our support calls are about being with what is. We hold space so you can re-align with yourself across every layer—body, breath, mind, emotion, and identity. Here, you don’t have to perform or explain your existence. You just get to be.
What We Offer
Identity-Centered Support
If you’ve felt disconnected from yourself because of how the world responds to who you are, this space helps you anchor back in your center—your values, your rhythm, your truth.
Venting & Emotional Processing
Sometimes you just need to speak. Without being interrupted, re-framed, or redirected. These calls give you the presence to be heard with clarity and compassion even as you may process things real time.
Relationship & Communication Support
Whether it’s nonmonogamy, gender expression, emotional needs, or family boundaries—if you’re navigating connection in a world that misunderstands you, we’re here to help you clarify what’s yours to hold, and what’s not.
Support for Allies & Loved Ones
If you're supporting someone experiencing stigma, we’ll help you show up from presence—not performance—so your allyship centers compassion, not control.
Please Note: Calls Are Donation-Based
At this time, all calls are with Courtney Brame, and while his presence is informed by Yoga-Therapy, He is not a licensed mental health professional. He can refer you to one. And if you are experiencing crisis and think you are in immediate danger, please call 9-1-1. These 30-minute support calls are sustained by the generosity of those who give. How It Works
1. Fill Out the Form
Start by completing the form below. This gives us a sense of what you’re navigating so we can show up in alignment with your needs.
2. Submit Your Donation
After submitting the form, you’ll be directed to our donation page. Your contribution supports this space and keeps it accessible to others.
3. Wait for Email Confirmation
Once we receive your form and donation, Courtney will follow up via email to confirm your appointment. If we need to adjust the timing, we’ll work it out together.
4. Join the Call via Google Meet
Once confirmed, you’ll receive a calendar invite with a Google Meet link. On the day of your session, just show up as you are—this space is for you.

That’s okay. You can still submit a question through the form, and we’ll respond by email as soon as we can. Everyone deserves to be witnessed.
