Episode 08: Goal So Hard

Human beings are goal striving organisms. When we aren’t striving toward something, we sink into anxiety, depression and other negative emotions. Think of your mind as a bicycle. As long as you pedal, you’re moving. Stop pedaling, you fall. That area we land in after the bike stops moving is called depression. Just keep moving.
